By entering, you also agree that information from your submission (including company name, images and entry details) may be used for the purposes of administering and promoting the awards, including publication on websites, social media and press materials.
You confirm that any personal data relating to other individuals included in this submission has been shared with their knowledge, that they have been informed how their data will be used, and that you are authorised to provide their details. UK VOTY Awards may contact these individuals in relation to the awards process.
You confirm that all materials submitted (including text, images and supporting documents) are your own or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use them. You confirm that submission of these materials does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You grant UK VOTY Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish these materials for the purposes of administering and promoting the awards. You agree that materials may be edited, cropped or adapted where required for publication. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UK VOTY Awards against any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from any breach of these terms, including any third-party claims relating to the submitted materials.
UK VOTY Awards reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry where rights are unclear or disputed.
